What happens once I make the payment?
Once your payment is successfully recorded, you will get a welcome email along with a login link to your dedicated workspace. You will have to login as a guest, and get the chance to upload your request, and details like pitch brief, brand information, etc.
What do I actually get, what's the deliverable?
Once the pitch report is done you get a PDF and an editable PowerPoint file.
What if I'm not happy with the report?
We work on your request until you are satisfied. You get unlimited requests and revisions with your subscription.
Can we jump on a quick call so I can explain what I want?
I work asynchronously and do not take meetings or calls on a pitch or project basis. You will get access to private collaboration workspace where you can share your specific comments. If you prefer leaving voice notes and videos - I encourage you to record a Loom and upload it in the dedicated workspace.
When can I expect results once I post my request?
Typically within 48 hours or less, you will get the first version of the report. If for some reason your request requires more time you will be notified.
